Dearly Beloved,
Deception and temptation are one of Satan’s main strategies against us as the believers. If we are going to win this fight, then it becomes imperative for us not to be ignorant of the enemy’s devices. From the moment Satan rebelled against God, he has been trying to defeat the kingdom of God and his followers. I take this time to encourage and remind you, that no matter how things appear, Satan is already a defeated foe and our God is the Victor.
Satan’s plans to impede and impair us, is one of his combat schemes. He is bent on robbing us of the plans God has for our lives. He spends countless hours and a lot of energy, trying to sidetrack, deceive and separate us from God and his purposes. Satanic forces always attempt to damage and devalue us, to prevent us from glorifying God. I am thankful for this reminder in 2 Corinthians 2:14 (AMP), But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us spreads and makes evident everywhere the sweet fragrance of the knowledge of Him. Never forget, you are not in this fight alone. Thus, says the Lord to you, “Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed at this great horde, for the battle is not yours but God’s” 2 Chronicles 20:15 (Esv).
